About me
Psychotherapist
who I am
I am a psychotherapist in the process of comprehensive training at the Silesian School of Psychotherapy in Gliwice, which holds accreditation from the Scientific Section of Psychotherapy of the Polish Psychiatric Association.
One of the experiences that shaped my approach to people most profoundly was volunteer work in a hospice. It was there that I came to understand how much a calm, attentive presence can mean to another person — with acceptance of what is difficult, and without the need to immediately search for solutions.
For years I have worked with people, supporting them in their growth, helping them break through barriers, build confidence, and find their own path.
As a member of the Polish Psychiatric Association and its Scientific Section of Psychotherapy, I continually develop my competencies by attending trainings, workshops, seminars, and scientific conferences.
I believe that even in the greatest chaos one can find meaning, and in silence — surprising answers.
approach
I have completed trainings in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), the techniques and tools of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and grief and bereavement counselling. I work primarily within the psychodynamic framework with elements of psychodrama, but — depending on the client's needs and therapeutic goals — I also draw on selected techniques from these other approaches.
I am interested not only in what is happening in a person's life, but above all in why they experience themselves, others, and the world in the way they do. I believe that symptoms have a history. Anxiety, perfectionism, difficulties in relationships, or chronic tension do not appear by chance — they are often the best solution someone once found to cope with what was too difficult to bear.
I create a space where it is possible to speak even about what has been hard to say anywhere else. I do not believe in quick fixes. I believe in conversation that, over time, allows a deeper understanding of oneself — and through that, a more conscious life lived with greater inner freedom.
let's begin
Accompanying people in discovering their inner world is for me not only a profession, but above all a deep life value. I believe that even in the greatest chaos one can find meaning, and in silence — surprising answers.
